Snap Your Cup – Terms and Conditions

By entering, you agree to these terms. This is a game of chance. Each valid entry has the same chance. Photos are checked, not judged.

1. Promoter. Vend Brands ANZ Pty Ltd, ABN 50 700 586 885. Address: Level 35, Tower One, International Towers, 100 Barangaroo Ave, Sydney NSW 2000.

2. How to enter. Buy a Candy Monster cup at Robina Town Centre, take a photo, and enter at https://vendbrands.com.au/snap-your-cup with your name, email, mobile number, postcode and purchase time. Keep your receipt. No fee beyond the normal price of the cup.

3. When. The promotion opens on the date this page goes live and closes at 3pm AEST on 30 November 2026. Entries after that time do not count.

4. Who. Queensland residents aged 18 or over. A mobile number is required. One entry per person, matched on email or mobile. The Promoter's staff and their immediate family cannot enter.

5. Prizes. Two prizes: 1st prize $100 and 2nd prize $50. Total pool $150. Form (cash or gift card): TBC. One prize per person.

6. Draw. Winners are chosen by a random computer draw at 4pm AEST on 1 December 2026 at the Promoter's premises. The $100 prize is drawn first, then the $50 prize.

7. Winners. Notified by phone and email within 2 business days. Names may be published on Vend Brands' social media. Proof of age, Queensland residence and purchase may be required. Any prize unclaimed by 5pm AEST on 15 December 2026 is redrawn at 4pm AEST on 16 December 2026.

8. Permit. No permit is needed. The prize pool is under every state's threshold.

9. Privacy. Personal information is used to run the promotion. See https://vendbrands.com.au/legal#privacy. Optional marketing or photo ticks do not change your chance of winning.

10. Fraud. Fake, copied, duplicate or ineligible entries can be disqualified.

11. Liability. These terms do not limit Australian Consumer Law rights that cannot be excluded. Otherwise the Promoter is not liable for loss from the promotion or a prize, except loss caused by its negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct. If the promotion cannot run as planned, the Promoter may change, pause or cancel it.

12. Not sponsored. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, Facebook or Robina Town Centre. Queensland law applies. Questions: hello@vendbrands.com.au.
